General Terms and Conditions
● If the contract is concluded electronically, the text of these conditions will be made available electronically in such a way that it can be stored in a simple way on a durable medium and printed.
● The agreement is established at the time 12Deal confirms your order by email.
● Orders accepted by 12Deal will be sent to the customer within 30 (thirty) days unless a longer delivery time has been agreed. If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot or only partially be executed, you will receive it no later than one month after you have placed the order. In this case you have the right to cancel the order at no cost and the prepaid amount will be refunded if applicable.
● 12Deal can - within the law – inquire if a customer is able to meet its payment obligations, and consider all the facts and factors that are important to a sound conclusion of the agreement. If 12Deal concludes under this investigation that is justified not to enter into the agreement, 12Deal is entitled to refuse or to attach special conditions to the execution of an order or request.
● Prices of products are in local currency, including VAT, excluding shipping and handling fees.
● During the period mentioned in the offer, prices of the products offered will not be increased, except for pre-announced price changes.
Right of Withdrawal
● When purchasing products, you have the option to terminate the contract without giving any reason or exchange products purchased within 14 (fourteen) days, commencing on the day following receipt of the product by or on behalf of you.
● During this period you will handle the product and packaging carefully. You will unpack or use the product only in such a way that is needed to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you will return the product with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging to 12Deal in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by 12Deal.
● If you use your right of withdrawal and the product returns to 12Deal, no fee will be charged for return, unless otherwise agreed. You need to supply 12Deal with a tracking number and the shipping costs of the return will not be refunded.
● If you have made a payment, 12Deal will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days after the return or cancellation.
● The right of withdrawal is in any case not applicable to (re) sale of things that have been made to individual specification, that is specially made, or which explicitly stated that it cannot be returned.
● For hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned.
Supply, Delivery Times and Change of Address
● The delivery address is the address that you have expressed to 12Deal.
● Orders placed for 12Deal products on workdays before 17:00, are shipped by 12Deal as soon as possible. You must pay the order in advance (if using iDeal or prior authorization) and enter a home address in Australia as delivery address.
● Delivery time to Australia can take up to 4 weeks depending on the ordered product(s). In general the delivery time is shorter.
● You are required to enter a correct shipping address. In case you entered a wrong address, the replacement costs of a new shipping and recovery of the shipment are for you.
● Delivery shall be deemed to have been made at the time 12Deal put you in possession of the product purchased.
● After delivery, the risk of damage and / or loss of the goods are transferred to you.
● In case of exceptional circumstances 12Deal is not obliged to pay compensation for the damage caused.
Method of Payment
● 12Deal offers the ability to pay online. During the ordering process you may want to authorize using this method, or choose to pay in another way.
● 12Deal takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the electronic transfer of data and creates a secure web environment.
Contribution in packaging, handling and shipping costs
● You will pay a one-time fee for handling and shipping costs.
● The amount of the handling charge is shown on the 12Deal webshop pages and vary per sales amount.
● Questions about the performance of the contract must promptly, fully and clearly described and submitted to 12Deal after you have found the defects.
● Questions submitted to 12Deal are addressed and answered within a period of 5 (five) days after receiving. If a question requires a longer processing time, 12Deal will answer within the period of 3 (three) days and indicate when the customer can expect a more detailed answer.
● For free promotional products a maximum of 1 per household applies.
● Before the right of questions can be used, you need to demonstrate, at the request of 12Deal, that the agreement to which the question refers is relating to 12Deal by showing the order confirmation and/or keeping the products.
12Deal saves customer data for the implementation of an agreement and to inform about (new) products and / or services of 12Deal and carefully selected partners. 12Deal keeps individual preferences into account. Reservations and amendments
● 12Deal reserves the right to terminate an offer without providing reasons.
● All agreements to which these terms and conditions have been declared applicable, are subject to Dutch law.
● Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective only after they are published in the appropriate manner, with the provision that the most favorable determination will apply during the term of an offer.
